What was the best experience/story/lesson that you took away from the training?
Meditation Made Simple is a great course to get started with Meditation quickly. Today meditation is on the rise as it’s value is understood by the main stream. There are many meditation techniques on offer as well as a lot of more complex meditation guidelines and advanced literature focusing on the long term aspect that may overwhelm the beginner to get started. Meditation made simple by Inis-Janine Klinger offers a very pragmatic, non- dogmatic and easy approach to integrating meditation into our daily lives effectively and to reveal its abundance immediately. Inis is a great teacher who is focusing on the simplicity and benefit of a regular meditation practice by giving short, precise and easy to understand examples. There were a lot of eye openers for the participants in the class and immediate learnings. She is a living example and role model of mindfulness by herself transpiring love for life and gentleness with oneself.
I highly recommend this course for beginners and intermediate students who like to put their studies into practice now and who like to improve their personal lives. I personally attained both a better understanding of my meditation practice as well as more ease with it on a daily basis.
